Testimonials

What Our Neighbors Say

Real feedback from real West Hills homeowners.

"Our spring broke on a Friday evening and we were trapped in the garage. Platt called back within 20 minutes and had someone here the next morning. Fixed it fast and the price was exactly what they quoted. Lifesavers."

— Verified West Hills Customer

"I've used Platt Garage Door for three different issues now — opener, rollers, and a full spring replacement. Each time they're professional, punctual, and fair. That's why they're my go-to."

— Verified West Hills Customer

"They installed a new insulated door on our 1950s home and it completely changed the look of the front. The crew was tidy, explained everything, and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend."
